I had a pleasant stay in a Superior Double Room. The view of the Bosphorus was stunning. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh coffee and pastries enjoyed outside. The spacious room had an inviting decor that added to the cozy atmosphere.

My experience was marred by terrible service and negligence. On arrival, I was handed my room keys without any orientation or even a welcome. it felt like they were just eager to get rid of me. Additionally, I endured long waits for my breakfast, which was not included in my rate, along with insufficient assistant staff who struggled to meet basic requests. To make matters worse, the valet service was shocking—my car was damaged by an incompetent waiter who was not a trained driver.
