The hotel offers a charming experience with its
quaint decor and friendly atmosphere. We loved the stunning Bosphorus views from our room, though the hotel’s location felt a bit isolated from the bustling tourist areas. The staff were eager to assist despite their limited English, enhancing our stay pleasantly.

My experience was marred by terrible service and negligence. On arrival, I was handed my room keys without any orientation or even a welcome. it felt like they were just eager to get rid of me. Additionally, I endured long waits for my breakfast, which was not included in my rate, along with insufficient assistant staff who struggled to meet basic requests. To make matters worse, the valet service was shocking—my car was damaged by an incompetent waiter who was not a trained driver.

The room featured charming decor and an exquisite view of the water, making for a delightful start to the day. Breakfast, served with artisan bread and fresh fruit, was a standout experience enjoyed outside with a beautiful breeze. However, communication issues arose with the staff at times, which hindered service. Additionally, the hotel's location felt somewhat isolated from more vibrant areas, limiting exploration opportunities.
